ADVISORY: SLAS Online Application AY 2025-2026 Batch 1
Posted on:The Office of Student Development Services is opening the 2nd Batch of Student Learning Assistance System (SLAS) Online Application schedule for the Second Semester of AY 2025-2026 to accommodate UP students who may be seeking additional financial aid (UP Grants-In-Aid Program) and other support programs (TES, donor-funded scholarships, and SAGA). Below is the schedule:
Learning Assistance Application Period
August 20, – 27, 2025Release of Results
August 28, 2025Submission of Appeals
August 28, 2025 – September 4, 2025Filipino undergraduates on their first degree, including Juris Doctor, are eligible to apply. Students applying through SLAS Online must use their UP Email (@up.edu.ph). Interested applicants may apply at https://slasonline.up.edu.ph/. Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply as applications for dorm and Mobility for Vigor and Excellence - University of the Philippines (MOVE-UP) Program use the SLAS bracket as one of their prioritization criteria.
NOTE: While waiting for the processing of your SLAS applications, students are strongly advised to apply for a 100% Tuition Fee Loan to be officially registered for the 1st Semester of AY 2025-2026. You may fill out the tuition loan form which can be found in your student's CRS account. Tuition loan can be availed only during the registration period until the last day of payment or until August 31, 2025 for the 1st semester. You may apply for a tuition refund based on the tuition subsidy of your SLAS bracket which can be applied to your tuition loan. For more information on student loans you may email osgstudentloan.upd@up.edu.ph.
Filing of Tuition Refund can be requested at the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) and should be done only after the registration period. You may email your request to our.diliman@up.edu.ph. Do not forget to attach the following: 1) current original form 5 and 2) tuition bracket certification.
